Locally famous Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam triple cream brie blends with organic lemon thyme to create a uniquely satisfying ganache, then dipped in 70% cacao chocolate and topped with a slight pinch of Sea Salt: Silver medal in the 2010 Sonoma County Harvest Fair.

Sage Pt. Reyes Blue

The locally made Pt. Reyes Blue cheese paired with organic sage create one of our more popular truffles.  Tasting is believing (we've heard it many times--"I don't like blue cheese, but this is wonderful.")

Rosemary Redwood Hills Chevre

This one won a Gold Medal at the 2009 Sonoma County Harvest Fair for a reason.  We use local Redwood Hills Farm Chevre and local organic rosemary, dipped in 70% cacao chocolate--a wonderfully different way to enjoy chocolate.
