A classic Middle Eastern flavor combination, enhances using organic Sonoma County Meyer Lemons. This is a layer of lemon ganache topped with a layer of our own pistachio-chocolate paste (called gianduja--gee-ahn-doo-ha), dipped in 62% chocolate.
Spicy Peanut Butter – 62% cacao ganache easily sweetens the peanut butter in the ganache; dipped in 75% cacao chocolate, rolled in peanuts, to ensure both strong chocolate and peanut flavors; a mild spice heat comes through at the end.
Mango Coconut – we make a puree of organic, Fair Trade mango for the top half of the truffle center; the bottom half is 75% cacao ganache packed with coconut—our daughter’s favorite.
