Our melt-in-your-mouth caramels offer a unique and diverse array of fun flavors to satisfy any caramel-lover’s palate with a silky-smooth delivery.

All ingredients in our caramels are organic or locally produced using organic methods. The organic sugar is also fair-trade.

We dip our caramels in 70% cacao Scharffen Berger chocolate to balance the sweetness of the caramel and let the other flavors shine.

The melt-in-your-mouth texture and balance of salt, caramel and dark chocolate, topped with a small pinch of Fleur de Sel (gourmet sea salt from France), make our take on this classic our top selling caramel.

The organic geranium mixed with organic Sonoma County Meyer Lemons along side the caramel flavor are a fresh, unique combination.

We use organic Vermont maple syrup to create my favorite caramel.

I grew up in the Midwest where we put salt on grapefruits. Our signature Salted caramel with organic grapefruit dipped in 70% cacao is a great blend of salty, tart, and just enough sweet. Topped with a piece of candied grapefruit.
