Taste the Dark Side

Fine flavors start with the finest ingredients. Thus we use only Sharffen Berger chocolate in all our products. Their unique blends provide a strong, nuanced chocolate flavor that lasts long on the tongue, without a bitter or dry after taste. To this we add only organic and local ingredients, if they are available. And we make all our products by hand.

We use only dark chocolate, to provide the fullest chocolate flavor, (and the health benefits that only dark chocolate provides). Our products range from 62%-85% cacao.
